| 摘 要： | 用从鼠伤寒沙门氏菌（STM）中提取的微孔蛋白porin免疫BALB／c小鼠，不仅能产生高效价的抗体，还能出现典型的迟发型变态反应（DTH）和白细胞介素－2（IL－2）。以500LD50鼠伤寒沙门氏菌攻击，其保护率为70％，提示STM－porin具有较强的免疫原性。

| Abstract: | Millipore protein (porin) was extracted from murine Salmonella typhi and used for immunizing BALB/c mice. Not only high antibody titers, but also typical delayed hypersensitivity and IL-2 were induced in the immunized mice. The protective rate of porin to the mice challenged with 500 LD50 murine Salmonella typhi was 70%. The results showed good immunogenicity of STM-porin. |
