| 摘 要： | 以烟酸为原料,经酯化、缩合、Willgerogt-Kinndler反应,水解合成了骨吸收抑制剂利塞膦酸钠的中间体3-吡啶乙酸盐酸盐。该方法反应条件温和,原料价廉易得,适合工业化生产,操作简便,总收率为58%。

| Abstract: | An intermediate of bone resorption inhibitor risedronate sodium,3-pyridine acetic acid hydrochloride was synthesized from nicotic acid via esterfication,condensation,Willgerodt-Kinndler reaction and hydrolysis.The reaction condition of this method was mild and all raw materials were easily available and cheap.It was simple and suitable for industrialization.The overall yield was 58%. |
