摘    要:测量了表面电阻值不同的两个电极试样的厚度及直流极化特性曲线,并由此分析了以表面电阻值作为电极评价指标的模糊性,提出了以电极极化程度来评价电极性能的概念。

Abstract:The thicknesses and DC polarisation feature curves of two electrode specimens with different electrode surface resistances were measured, and the analyses of the experimental results demonstrated that the common electrode evaluation with electrode surface resistance as criterion is very ambiguous. A concept of evaluating electrodes with electrode polarisation has been put forward.
