| 摘 要： | SQ3A系列切丝机在排链传动系统的前端安装了气动离合器,用于切丝机停机时驱动电机与排链传动系统的迅速分离,较好地解决切丝机停机时产生的细丝问题;近几年引进的国外新机型及新开发的SQ341-344、NQ11-13系列切丝机,采用新型伺服控制系统后未加装气动离合器,也较好地解决了细丝问题。通过建立数学模型与实测数据计算,对烟草切丝机排链气动离合器的使用条件进行了分析,结果表明:①在切丝机排链传动系统中,排链驱动电机的输出端应安装气动离合器,以解决切丝机停机时产生的细丝问题;②如果切丝机的排链控制系统能够将排链驱动电机在很短时间内刹车,也可取消气动离合器装置。
