高钼钨酸钠溶液萃取分离钨钼的研究

摘    要:研究了在不加络合剂条件下,在硫酸体系中N263萃取分离钨钼的新工艺,考究了在单级分离过程中多因素的影响,得出最佳条件。通过串级实验表明,反萃液Mo;WO3≤0.01%达到了分离质量要求.

Abstract:Without adding complex reagents, the solvent extractive separation of tungsten and molybdamun by N263 in suiiuric acid system has been studied' The effect of manyfactors in the process of mono-step separation has been investigated, and the perfect conditions of separation has been found. Results of the multi-steps show that ratio of molybdamim to tungsten trioxide in stripping liquid (ammonium tungstate) is not more than 0.01percent and attained the quality demand for separation.
