| 摘 要： | 研究了添加Ni质量1．1％的Y2O3对WC－8Ni硬质合金的物理化学机械性能及其烧结温度的影响。发现稀土Y2O3的加入不仅提高了合金的性能，而且降低了烧结温度。利用扫描电镜等分析手段对三种烧结温度的硬质合金进行了显微分析比较，探讨了WC－8Ni合金性能与烧结温度的关系及Y2O3降低烧结温度的原因。

| Abstract: | The influence of Y2O3(1. 1 % of ni mass) on the physical and chemical. properties of WC-8Ni cemented carbide and the sintering tenlperaturc xu,as investigated. It wasfound that addition of Y2O3 not only improved the properties, but decreased the sinteringtemperature. Using SEM the microstructure of cement f}d carbides of three temperatures wasanalysed and compared. The relation of the properties of the alloy to the sintering temperature. and the reasons for decreasing the sintering temperature were explained. |
