节能灯用稀土三基色荧光粉的研制

摘    要:采用不同于“化合法”“混合法”的“干湿结合法”新工艺,研制出灯用稀土三基色荧光粉,并探索了有关工艺条件和参数。检测结果及使用情况表明,新工艺产品的性能稳定,粒度均匀适中,为高效节能灯提供了关键材料。

Abstract:Combining the compounding and the mixed methods, a new dry-wet methodhas been developed and used to prepare RE three primary colours phosphor. Related technological conditions have been investigated. Tested results and practice show that the newproduct has moderate and even particle size with stable properties, and meet the requirements of the key material for energy-saving lamp.
