| 摘 要： | 分析了常规工艺所生产掺杂钨丝存在的缺陷，通过采取优化工艺过程的具体措施，制取了既具有优良高温抗下垂能力，又具有良好的加工、绕丝性能的掺杂钨丝，可满足双螺旋抗震灯丝的需要。

| Abstract: | Analyses of the defect of the dopped W wires made by traditional technologywas carried out. Technical measures were taken to optimize the process. It has made thedopped W wires of good high temperature anti-sagging. good workability and coiling properties,which are needful for anti-vibration coiled-coil filament. |
