摘    要: 在小型固定流化床装置中,采用ZRP和REUSY复配催化剂,进行重油的催化裂化反应,考察ZRP加入量对裂化性能的影响.结果表明,少量ZRP的加入能显著地降低重油裂化产物汽油馏分产率, 并提高液化气馏分产率; 当REUSY中ZRP添加量超过30%后, 汽油馏分和液化气馏分产率变化趋缓. PONA数据表明,汽油馏分产率的降低主要是由于其中异构烷烃和烯烃产率显著降低造成的,而液化气馏分中烯烃产率增加则是液化气馏分产率增加的主要原因. 在REUSY中ZRP的添加量超过30%后,混合催化剂体系的裂化活性和氢转移反应的选择性明显减弱.

Abstract:Effect of ZRP catalyst addition in REUSY catalyst on cracking performance is studied in a fixed bed reactor. The results show that a small quantity of ZRP addition in REUSY catalyst has a main result a lower production of gasoline and higher production of LPG. This trend weakened when ZRP addition in REUSY catalyst exceed by 30%. PONA data indicate that the loss of gasoline yields occurs primarily from a decrease in isoparaffins and olefins. The increase of LPG yields occurs mainly from the significant increase in olefins. The cracking activity and the selectivity of hydrogen-transfer reaction obviously reduced when ZRP addition exceed 30% in REUSY catalyst.
