摘    要:为了研究不同井斜角下的偏心环空固井顶替机理,提高顶替效率,针对不同井斜角、不同顶替液-被顶替液密度差及不同顶替速度下的固井顶替过程进行了数值模拟,得到了不同条件下的顶替规律及顶替效率的优化方向。研究结果表明:在同等井斜条件下,随着顶替流体与被顶替流体密度差增大,固井顶替效率总体增大,且顶替速度越低,固井顶替效率越大;另外在同等注替参数条件下,小井斜段固井顶替效率高于大井斜角段顶替效率,且在高密度差及顶替速度较低的情况下,不同井斜段的顶替效率差异较小,井斜角对顶替效率的影响敏感性较弱;在不同井斜角条件下,顶替流体与被顶替流体密度差及顶替速度对顶替效率影响的敏感性不同,现场应根据实际井况及需求设计流体密度差及顶替速度,以获得所需的固井顶替效果,该研究结论为不同井斜段固井顶替施工方案优化提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In order to study the displacement mechanism of eccentric annulus at different well deviation angle and to improve displacement efficiency, numerical simulation was carried out for cementing process at di.erent well deviation angles, density di.erence between displacement .uid and displaced .uid and displacement velocities, and the displacement rules and the optimization direction of displacement e.ciency under di.erent conditions were obtained. The results show: under the same well deviation condition, the cementing displacement efficiency generally increases with the increasement of density difference between displacement fluid and displaced fluid, and the lower the displacement velocity, the better the cementing displacement efficiency. In addition, at the same condition of displacement parameter, cementing displacement e.ciency at the section of small inclination is higher than that at the section of large inclination, and in the case of high density di.erence and low displacement velocity, the di.erence of displacement e.ciency between di.erent well deviation section is small, and the well inclination angle has a weak sensitivity to displacement efficiency. Under the different condition of well inclination angle, the influence sensitivity of density difference between displacement fluid and displaced .uid and displacement velocity to displacement e.ciency is di.erent. The .uid density di.erence and displacement velocity should be designed according to actual well conditions to obtain required cementing displacement e.ciency. The research results provide a theoretical basis for optimizing cementing construction scheme indi.erent sections of well inclination.
