摘    要:通过调查国内33家不同规模水泥企业熟料生产中CO2排放情况、分析排放特征,为行业减排提供基础数据。在同一时段内采用相同的检测方法抽样检测国内33家水泥企业,计算熟料生产中各环节的CO2排放量,并进行了统计学分析,寻找排放规律。结果表明目前国内2500~10000t/d的水泥企业平均吨熟料CO2排放量约为0.743t,其中三种主要排放途径的平均排放比例构成分别为碳酸钙分解68.8%,煤燃烧25.6%和耗电折算5.7%。说明企业吨熟料CO2排放水平与其生产规模有一定关系,提高企业生产规模可减小排放,但减排空间有限。探索新的生产工艺和寻求替代原材料可为减排提供新的突破口。

Abstract:The object is to survey CO2emissions in clinker production of 33 different production capacity domestic cement enterprises, ana- lyze emission characteristic and provide basic data for emission reduction. A survey about CO2 emissions status was made among 33 domestic cement clinker production enterprises and statistical study was employed on testing datas to identify emission rules. At present, the average CO2 emissions was 0.743 t/t cement clinker in 2500-10000 t/d cement enterprises. The average emission rate of every three emission ways were ob- tained, respectively calcium carbonate decomposition 68.8%, coal combustion 25.6% and electricity conversion 5.7%. A certain relationship exits between CO2 emission level and clinker production capacity of Enterprise. To improve the productivity of enterprises can reduce the unit's CO2 emission from cement clinker, but the reduction is limited. Exploring new production processes and seeking alternative raw materials may provide a new breakthrough for emission reductions.
