XC-82型液力旋冲钻具及配套钻头的性能测试

摘    要:XC-82型液力旋冲钻具及配套钻头是为满足深井硬地层钻井需要而研制的,主要由水击阀、支承座、冲锤、节流阀、砧轴、筒体及配套旋冲钻头组成。对这种钻具进行了冲击力、冲击频率、配套旋冲钻头与牙轮钻头机械钻速对比,以及泵流量、钻具行程和背压等参数对钻具性能的影响等一系列测试。测试结果表明,在主泵流量为100~350L/min条件下,钻具冲击能为11.5~132J,冲击频率为10~18Hz。钻具结构简单,零部件少,加工使用方便,性能稳定、可靠,主要技术性能与国内同类产品相比是比较先进的。

Abstract:Model XC-82 hydraulic rotary drilling tool and matching drill bit are developed for drilling deep holes in hard formation, which are consists of water impact valve, bearing seat, impact hammer, choke, shaft, barrel and matching rotary impact drill bit. Test of the drilling tool and matching drill bit is conducted, and the result shows that, at a main pump flow rate of 100~350 L/min, the impact energy of the tool is 11 .5 ~ 132J, impact frequency is 10~ 8Hz. The drilling tool is characterized by simple structure, convenient machining and use, stable and reliable operation and advance technical performance.
