国产RAX-2000A型吸附剂在芳烃装置上的应用

国产RAX-2000A型对二甲苯(PX)吸附剂在齐鲁股份有限公司烯烃厂64 kt/a芳烃联合装置上工业应用试验表明:RAX-2000A吸附剂性能稳定,优于国外同类吸附剂性能指标,而且吸附室压降保持较低,保证了装置的长周期运行。于2004年10月21日生产出纯度超过99.50%的PX产品。经过半年时间的平稳运行,于2005年4月在两个不同负荷下进行了标定,PX平均纯度和平均理论收率大大超过UOP提供的认证值和R IPP的保证值,经济效益显著。

Application of Domestic Absorbent RAX-2000 in Aromatics Unit

The commercial application test of domestic PX absorbent RAX-2000A in 64kt/a aromatics complex unit of Olefins Complex of Qilu Co., Ltd.shows that the performance of absorbent RAX-2000A is stable,superior to that of ADS-7 of UOP.It keeps the pressure drop of adsorption chamber lower to guarantee the long-term operation of the plant.We produce the PX product whose purity is over 99.50% on October 21,2004.During a half year stable operation,the unit was calibrated under two different loads in April,2005.The average purity and average theoretical productpvity of PX largely exceed the attestation data provided by UOP and assurance data of RIPP,and the economical results are remarkable.
