| 摘 要： | 纳米材料所具有的特殊物理、化学性质,使其及相关技术成为当今科学研究的前沿热点.然而,随着纳米技术的迅速发展,人们对纳米材料安全性及其生物效应的信息需求不断增加,纳米材料的毒性及其时环境的影响已经引起科学界和政府有关部门的重视.综述了纳米微粒侵染生物体的途径及其毒性的影响因素,并详细阐述了近几年来关于纳米材料毒性研究的最新进展,最后对纳米工业生产中应加强的问题进行了讨论.
