30年体制改革对思想解放的启示

体制内改革和体制外改革,以及体制内和体制外相结合的改革,都是新体制元素的生长。这三种改革形式在我国经济、政治、文化和社会等领域的改革中,都起到了积极的推动作用。在内涵上,这些新元素都是旧体制外的因素,因而相对于旧体制而言,都可把它们看作为"体制外"改革。参照这种"体制外"改革的思路来解读思想解放运动,为我们提供了重要的启示。这些启示主要有:不能关在"笼子"里谈论解放思想,只有跳出"笼子",才能获得思想的自由,这是思想解放的实质;只有利用资本主义,反对封建主义,才能发展社会主义,这是思想解放的走向;正确对待各种社会思潮,以谨慎的态度对待马克思主义的"异端",在学术繁荣、百家争鸣中,实现马克思主义的继承和发展,这是思想解放的基本政策。

The Enlightenment of Thirty Years' System Reform for Mind Emancipation

The reform of intrasystem,extrasystem and the combination of intrasystem and extrasystem are all growth of new system′s factors.These three forms of reform have positive effect on boosting the reform of our country′s economy,politics,culture,society and other fields.From the aspect of intension,these new factors are all exterior factors of old system.So in terms of old system,they are reform of extrasystem.Referring to the ideas of extrasystem reform to explain the mind emancipation movement provides us significant enlightenment-Instead of talking about mind emancipation in a ′cage′ that restricts our mind,we have to escape from the ′cage′ to gain the freedom of mind,which is the essential of mind emancipation.Besides,we should treat Marxism′s ′heretics′ prudently in order to inherit and develop Marxism in the environment of academic prosperity and letting one hundred schools of thought contend.That is the basic policy of mind emancipation.
