塔河油田长裸眼井快速钻井技术

为提高钻井速度．缩短钻井周期，自2001年起，塔河油田部分勘探开发井采取了长裸眼的三级井身结构，并取得了良好的应用效果。分析了长裸眼井快速钻井的难点，并从钻头选型、钻具组合优选、钻进参数优选、钻井液体系及安全技术措施等方面给出了相应对策，重点介绍了其控制井眼稳定的钻井液技术措施。

The Faster Drilling Techniques for Long Open Holes in Tahe Oilfield

For increasing ROP and shortening Drilling cycle, partial exploration and development companies have been adopting three-stage casing schematics for long open holes in Tahe Oilfield since 2001, and have achieved good application effects. This paper analyses drilling difficulties of faster drilling for long open holes, presents corresponding countermeasures from aspects including bit selection, BHA optimization, penetration parameters design, drilling fluids and safety, etc. Technologies about drilling fluids are presented to great extend for stable control of wellpath in this paper.
