摘    要:螺旋进气道特性(涡流比、流量系数)对柴油机性能有重要影响。介绍了发动机气道稳流试验装置及FEV和Ricardo两种气道评价方法的计算、特点、差异和适用性;通过对YC6108Q型柴油机六个进气道的稳流试验及对比分析,提出了保证进气道流量系数和涡流比值稳定性和均匀性的措施。

Abstract:The characteristic of helical inlet port including swirl ratio and flow coefficient has an important effect on the performance of diesel engine.This paper introduces the steady flow test rig of port for engines. It also introduces the calculations, the characteristics, the differences and the applicability by two different evaluation methods: the FEV method and Ricardo method.Aanalyzing the results of comparative steady flow tests on the six inlet ports on the YC6108Q diesel engine,the authors propose some measures in order to ensure stable and even flow coefficient and swirl ratio.
