超临界锅炉燃烧器结渣问题分析及处理方法

摘    要:介绍了扬州第二发电有限责任公司二期工程超临界630MW机组自调试投产以来.锅炉运行中存在燃烧器区域结渣严重的问题。分析了煤种特性、燃烧器结构、炉膛设计参数的影响,从运行调整和设备改造2个方面介绍了解决结渣问题的具体措施和效果,为超临界压力锅炉解决此类问题提供了实用的经验。

Abstract:Severe slagging problem in combustion region of second-stage 630MW supercritical boiler of Yangzhou No.2 Power Generation Co.Ltd.is introduced.The effects of coal characteristics,burner configuration and design parameters of hearth on burner slagging are analyzed.The relevant treatment and effect are introduced from two aspects of operation adjustment and equipment transformation,which provides applied experience for solving similar problem of supercritical boiler.
