杜美丝芯合金4J43棒材的开发

摘    要:分析杜美丝芯合金 4J43棒材拉断的原因 ,提出改善合金力学性能是解决棒材拉断的关键。通过工艺试验 ,确定了中间变形量和成品变形量的控制范围。拉拔后棒材成品具有良好的综合力学性能 ,即在提高合金抗拉强度的同时又保证较好的延展性

Abstract:To analyze the reasons for dumet wire core alloy 4J43 rod breaking in drawing It is indicated that improving the mechanical property of alloy is key to solve rod breaking problem in drawing After technological experiment,the control ranges of intermediate and end deformation quantity are determined After drawing,the rod end product has good comprehensive mechanical property The tensile strength of alloy is raised,meanwhile good ductility is got
