邮政企业员工职业生涯规划研究

摘    要:邮政企业要培养、留住和吸引人才,开创人才工作新局面,必须重视员工的职业发展。而邮政企业的员工职业生涯规划主要涉及3个层面的员工,即新入局大学生、“三高人才”队伍和技能型员工。文章通过对这3个层面进行职业生涯规划的考察,探讨了邮政企业开展职业生涯规划、构建“人企共荣”工程的具体策略。

Abstract:In order to attract,train and keep talented staff,a postal enterprise needs to pay attention to their career development.There are three types of postal personnel:graduates,"three high talent"employees,and skill-workers.By studying the career design for these three types of staff in the postal enterprises,this paper will discuss some specific strategies both in the staff career design and in the "enterprise-personnel prosperity"project.
