城市地下农场发展前景及实践路径初探

伴随快速城市化、人口剧增及耕地短缺的现状,都市农业不断发展并衍生出垂直农业,而后又在地下谋求发展空间。地下农场作为一种空间集约、技术先进的新载体,是推动都市农业高质量发展的重要变革。本文基于相关前沿研究和地下农场案例,探讨其发展的可行性及前景。研究发现目前地下农场缺乏理论研究与成熟的发展体系,因此,结合城市发展特征,初步探索了地下农场的发展路径,即建立评价模型来预判发展效益;立足城市既有、新建地下空间探讨集约化利用模式;构建规模化发展体系,提出散点激活、线性连通、区域联动的3种形式。本研究成果将为未来地下农场全面推广及应用提供依据。

Preliminary Study on the Development Prospect and Practice Path of Urban Underground Farm

With the acceleration of urbanization, rapid population growth, and shortage of arable land, urban agriculture has been developing and derived vertical agriculture, and then ought development space underground. As a new carrier with intensive space and advanced technology, underground farm is an important reform to promote the high-quality development of urban agriculture. Based on the related research of urban agriculture and vertical farm and the practical cases of underground farm, the feasibility and prospect of its development were discussed. It is found that there is a lack of in-depth theoretical research on underground farm and no mature development system has been formed in practice. Therefore, combined with the characteristics of urban development, the development path of underground farm is preliminarily explored- to establish an evaluation model to predict the development benefits; based on the existing and new underground space in the city, the intensive utilization mode is discussed; to construct a large-scale development system, three forms of scatter activation, linear connection and regional linkage are proposed. Through the preliminary study on the development prospect and practice path of underground farm, it provides the basis for its comprehensive promotion and application in the future.
