摘    要:云南大红山铁矿选矿厂半自磨系统选用进口8.53 m×4.27 m半自磨机,分级设备为3.0 m×7.3 m国产双层直线筛。设计中,吸收国外半自磨机"碎磨"理念、根据国内现有设备技术水平,结合大红山铁矿实际情况,进行了包括半自磨机设备规格确定、分级直线筛配置、渣浆泵和输送管道系统的合理设计,使选厂在短期内顺利达产。

Abstract:The imported Φ8.53×4.27 semi-atuogenous grinding mill was used for the semi-autogenous grinding system of the concentration plant of Dahongshan iron ore mine in Yunnan,the sizing equipment is 3.0×7.3 m home-made linear screen.In the design,the foreign "disintegration milling" idea of semi-autogeneous mill was assimilated,based on the existing domestic equipment and technology level,in combination with the actual condition of Dahongshan iron ore mine,the reasonable designs were made including determination of equipment specification of the semi-autogenous mill,the arrangement of linear sizing screen,slurry pump and transportation system,and the production capacity was fully achieved in a short time in the concentration plant.
