葡萄籽原花青素的分离纯化研究

摘    要:对4种大孔吸附树脂吸附葡萄籽原花青素的性能进行了筛选,研究了AB-8树脂对原花青素的分离条件,在上样浓度为7.5mg/mL,吸附时间为4h,吸附流速为3BV/h,用25%~30%浓度乙醇进行洗脱时,得到纯度大于95%、低聚体含量为67.82%的原花青素样品。

Abstract:The adsorption performance of four kinds of macroporous adsorbent resin for purifying grape seed procyanidins are studied.The separation conditions of procyanidins with resin AB-8 are investigated.The procyanidins purity is more than 95% and its oligomers content is 67.82%,under the condition which is 7.5 mg/mL of sample concentration,3 BV/h of flow velocity,25%~30% of ethanol concentration and adsorbing for four hours.
