| 摘 要： | 介绍了日本和韩国的燃气价格及价格机制,针对陕京天然气实施两部制价格的情况,提出对城市天然气价格制定的建议:调整目前价格水平,形成合理补偿原则的价格结构;建立价格机制,形成上下游价格联动机制,适应当前市场形势;充分利用价格杠杆作用,追求合理的用气结构,为市场竞争形成价格做准备。

| Abstract: | The gas price and the price mechanism in Japan and South Korea are introduced.In view of the situation of implementing two heat prices for Shaan-Jing natural gas,a propose for determining city natural gas price has been presented,it includes regulating the current price levels to construct the price structure with reasonable compensation principle;building the price mechanism combined upstream and downstream gas prices to fit the current markets;fully using the price leverage to seek the reasonable gas consumption structure and make good preparation for market competition pricing. |
