| 摘 要： | 针对高校科技管理工作的需要,提出了以全面质量管理为基本理念,基于B/S模式的科技过程管理信息系统的基本框架.基于此框架,设计出基于B/S模式的科技过程管理信息系统,详细阐述了系统各组成部分的设计思想及实现,最后结合实例验证了系统的有效性与可行性.

| Abstract: | To fit the needs of science and technology management of university, combining a mode of thought on the overall quality control, the paper has proposed a frame work of a science and technology process management information system based on B/S . Form this frame work, the paper formulates the design and implementation of this system. Finally, the paper test the result of research through an instance. |
