基于MSC.Marc的多道焊数值模拟

摘    要:桥梁和船舶制造业一直受到焊接残余应力和变形所导致的生产费用提高、延误工期问题的困扰,研究焊接残余应力和变形具有重要的工程实际意义。本文利用有限元分析软件MSC.Marc对平板对接多道焊进行了实时三维数值模拟,得到了焊接温度场、焊后残余应力分布以及变形,并对模拟计算结果进行了定性分析。

Abstract:Bridge and ship manufactures have always been troubled by welding residual stresses and distortion that result in operating costs rising and production delays. Study on welding stresses and distortions has important meaning for practical engineering. A real time 3D analysis has been executed to a multi butt weld process of two flats using MSC.Marc FE code in this paper. Computed results such as welding temperature field, residual stress and distortion are exhibited and qualitatively analyzed.
