预硫化加氢催化剂钝化机理的研究进展

摘    要:预硫化催化剂经过钝化处理后,可有效抑制催化剂的自热和硫的脱离,便于催化剂的存储和运输。论述了预硫化加氢催化剂钝化类型和机理的研究,描述了气体钝化过程中,活性点、Mo和载体间相互作用和助剂等因素对钝化后催化剂活性的影响,并初步讨论了液体钝化过程的机理。

Abstract:By means of passivation process, the self-heating characteristic and stripping of sulfur of presulfided hydrogenation catalysts can be suppressed effectively, the storage and transportation become more convenient and can keep the activity of catalysts. In this paper,the passivation types and mechanism, such as the effect of active site, interaction between carriers and Mo, assistants, etc, on the activity of the passivated catalysts during the process of gas passivation were introduced, and the mechanism of liquid passivation process were discussed simply.
