| 摘 要： | 对于钻井过程中漏涌伴生复杂情况，若处理不当．将给钻井施工带来诸多隐患和损失。提出了钻具射孔法和反循环堵漏法2种处理方法，并分别简要介绍了其原理、适用情况和施工工艺。以P7—56井为例，详细介绍了反循环堵漏法处理漏涌伴生复杂情况的施工工艺。

| Abstract: | As for situations of of well kick accompanied with lost circulation in drilling practices, if the situations were treated improperly, it will lead to a lot of potential damages to drilling operations. The paper presents the drill tool perforating method and the reverse circulation plugging method. Mechanisms or usages and operation techniques of them are presented briefly separately also. In this paper, a case study of the operating techniques of reverse circulation plugging method on P7-56 Well is presented in detail |
