摘    要:采用热压烧结技术研制出Al_2O_3/TiC/Mo/Ni陶瓷拉拔模具.在MRH-3高速环-块磨损试验机上研究了不同载荷与滑动速度下Al_2O_3/TiC/Mo/Ni陶瓷拉拔模具材料与45#钢对摩时的干摩擦磨损性能,并对其磨损率进行了分析.采用有限元法分析了Al_2O_3/TiC/Mo/Ni陶瓷拉拔模具在加工过程中的受力分布,研究了其内孔在实际拉拔加工中的磨损行为及磨损机理.结果表明:Al_2O_3/TiC/Mo/Ni陶瓷拉拔模具具有较好的强度和硬度,在高速下的耐磨性较好,磨损率较低,保持在3.1×10~(-9) cm~3/(N·m);其内孔磨损在工作区及定径区最为严重,主要以磨料磨损为主,出口区有轻微压裂.

Abstract:The Al2O3/TiC/Mo/Ni ceramic wire drawing die was developed by hot pressing sintering technique. The dry friction and wear properties of materials were studied at the MRH-3 high speed wear and tear test machine against 45#steel; moreover the wear rate of it was analyzed. A FEM analysis model for the stress and its distribution inside the ceramic die during wire-drawing processes was established.
