摘    要:通过采用KLAR除氧器乏气回收技术,对锅炉给水系统进行节能技术改造。介绍了KLAR除氧器乏汽回收装置的技术原理,从工艺、消耗、维护等方面总结了技改效果,1台100 t/h除氧器回收乏汽的效益为662元/d,仅用2年即可回收全部技改投资。

Abstract:Through using the recovery technology for exhausting steam of KLAR deaerator,energy conversation technology reformation was made for boiler feed water system.Technical principle of exhausting steam recovery unit of KLAR deaerator was introduced,the technical reformation effect was summarized from aspects of process,consume and maintenance etc.,the benefit of exhausting steam recovered for one deaerator with a capacity of 1 000 t/h is 662/d Yuan RMB,only using for two years can recover the total invest for technical reformation.
