| 摘 要： | 论述了目前会计人员构建和谐的人际关系，不仅对搞好会计工作具有重要意义，而且对构建社会主义和谐社会也具有重要的现实意义。针对会计人员在实际工作中，如何构建和谐的人际关系，提出了应把握的原则和理念，以及如何处理好与领导和同事之间的关系。
