| 摘 要： | 从国家针对房地产业的宏观调整政策入手,论述了土地新政策对房地产业的影响,分析了不同规模房地产企业目前面临的问题,提出了应对的策略以规避风险,建议房地产企业采取理性策略、合适规模,运用科学方法规避风险。

| Abstract: | From the our nation of macroscopic adjustment policy of the real estate industry,the paper indicates the influence of the land new policy on real estate,analyzes the problems in the real estate enterprises with various scales,and points out some strategies to avoid risks,suggests the real estate enterprises adopt the reasonable strategies,proper scale and scientific methods to avoid risks. |
