| 摘 要： | 介绍了汽车覆盖件冲压成形过程及其模具制造数字模拟一体化的流程设计和方法,给出了设计结构。论述了对冲压成形工序进行几何、材料和工艺的优化设计进行数字模拟的步骤;分析了模具制造数字模拟中应注意的问题;结合实例,阐述了构建汽车车身虚拟制造底层结构和关键技术。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the process-design and method of integral numerical simulation for the forming process and die manufacturing of automobile panels,illustrates the design structure,discusses the steps of numerical simulation for geometrical,material and process optimum design of die forming.As an example,it shows the foundation structure and key techniques of virtual manufacturing of automobile body. |
