摘    要:为了利用系统内故障部件维修的机会,考虑部件之间在维修方面存在的相关性情况,提出了将机会维修信息融入系统预防性维修的优化模型.该模型在比较按机会预防性维修和按计划预防性维修期望效益的基础上,以系统内故障时机为优化变量、部件维修费用率最小化为目标进行系统预防性维修优化,使确定部件在不同的故障来源时机可提前预防性维修的阈值.最后通过算例,表明不同故障的机会维修阈值对部件预防性维修效果的影响差异,为系统预防性维修决策提供有力的支持.

Abstract:In order to capture the chance of fault components maintenance in a system,and consider maintenance dependence between the parts in the system,an optimization model which put opportunistic maintenance information into the decision-making of system preventive maintenance was proposed.According to the opportunistic preventive maintenance and preventive maintenance expected benefits plan,The model treats fault time in the system as optimized variables and components maintenance fee rates to get the minimum target to do system preventive maintenance optimization,and make sure parts in different fault source ahead of time the preventive maintenance of the threshold.Finally,the example shows that the effect to preventive maintenance is different under the opportunity thresholds of different fault parts,which can provide strong decision support for the system preventive maintenance.
