| 摘 要： | 大部分建筑企业管理水平较低,其中,生产管理、材料管理、技术质量管理、成本管理仍属于粗放型,在施工生产中,随意性强,未形成制度化、程序化、标准化的管理模式,缺乏先进、实用的手段,如何进行全方位的创新,达到提质增效的目的是目前要研究的课题.

| Abstract: | Most of construction enterprise management level is lower,among them,the production management,materials management,technical quality management,cost management is still belong to extensive,it is random in the construction,the management pattern is not systematization,procedures and standardized,lack advanced and applied measures.How to carry on the innovation all-sided,and to improve the quality efficiency is the purpose of this study task. |
