激光测距仪和激光条码定位技术在自动存储系统工程中的应用

摘    要:随着现代物流技术的发展与革新,自动化立体仓库中堆垛机的定位技术也出现了变革及多样化.本文针对浙江省烟草公司绍兴市公司卷烟配送中心高架货库系统中的堆垛机实际采用激光测距仪和条码定位仪作为测距测速传感器,与变频器和PLC相结合,实现精确的绝对认址及闭环控制,解决精确定位的问题.结合多年的设计、安装与调试经验,较详细地介绍了解决这个问题的方法,并就实际应用中可能出现的问题作了分析,确定采用定位技术的方案,同时就安装过程中如何保证安装精度及安装完成后的调试方法进行说明.实践证明,堆垛机采用该定位技术效果非常明显,为今后类似工程积累了宝贵的经验和试验数据.

Abstract:With the development of modern logistics technology and innovation,orientation of stacker crane in automated warehouse technology transformation and diversification occurred.This paper focuses on tobacco company cigarette distribution centre of the company in Shaoxing city in Zhejiang Province high actual total,the library system of stacker and barcode positioning system using laser rangefinder as location speed sensor,combined with frequency converter and PLC,for precise absolute recognition of site and closed-loop control,solving the problem of precise positioning,with years of experience in design,installation and commissioning,describes methods to address this issue in more detail and analysis to the questions that may arise in the actual application,determine the use of positioning technology program,at the same time the installation process to ensure accuracy and describes the method of debugging after setup is complete,practice open-stack machine using the positioning effects are obvious,similar projects have accumulated valuable experience for the future,and test data.
