| 摘 要： | 在以商品房住宅的适用性评价体系为主要研究内容的基础上，设计格式化调查问卷，对典型小区进行入户问卷调查，从单元平面与住宅套型、建筑装修、隔声性能、设备设施、无障碍设施等六个方面对工业化住宅与非工业化住宅的适用性能进行对比分析，充分说明了工业化住宅在适用性能方面的优势。

| Abstract: | Based on the research of applicability assessment system of commercial residence,the formatted investigation questionnaire was designed to invest the dwellers in their home in the typical uptown.Compare with and analysis the applicability of industrialized and non industrialized residence from six aspects of unit plane,house set style,decoration,sound isolation,equipment and establishment,non obstacle establishment.The results show the advantages of applicability of industrialized residence. |
