| 摘 要： | 某"烂尾楼"地下室由于上浮受损以及开裂和老化等问题需要加固。设计以预应力锚索永久抗浮,并通过计算分析确定先加固梁后加固柱、分批覆土加载以及反复锁定锚索的施工思路。地下室锚索施工难度很大,需采取特殊工艺和措施。针对结构的不同部位和不同问题采取了环氧树脂或聚氨酯修复裂缝、粘贴纤维或钢板和加大截面等多种方法进行修复和加固。

| Abstract: | There were many problems in an incomplete building,such as floated damaged basement,cracking and aging.We adopted prestress anchor cable to anti-float permanently,proposed the construction sequences that reinforce beams and columns separately,earth-up in batches and tension twice by calculating and analyzing.The anchor cable construction was full of difficulties,which were solved by special techniques and measures.According to the different members and problems,we grouted the cracks with epoxy resin or Polyurethane,strengthened with FRP,externally boned steel plate or reinforced concrete.The treatment was successful in this project,which offers a useful case study for future reference. |
