某柴油机房楼板振动分析及减振加固

摘    要:某钢筋混凝土框架结构房屋一层柴油机房在使用过程中,发现地下室顶板振动过大且部分梁、板产生裂缝。对其原结构进行了安全性检测和承载力验算后,利用结构和有限元模型分析专业软件Oasys gsa进行了原楼板振动分析和多种加固方案加固后的楼板振动分析,在此基础上,提出了合理的加固处理方案,并应用于实际加固过程中,施工完成后振动测试结果显示,加固取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Some cracks appeared in the beams and slabs of a RC frame structure and too large vibration on the top slab of basement was found during the diesel generator running on the room of ground floor.After security detection and load capacity checking for the original structure,the original floor vibration and multi-strengthening schemes of the floor vibration were analyzed by use of structure finite element analysis software Oasys gsa.Based on this work,the reasonable strengthening scheme was put forward and used it into the process of reinforcement.The vibration test result after complete show that it get a good effect.
