Al2O3-SiO2体系制备莫来石纤维的研究

摘    要:本文主要研究了在Al2O3-SiO2体系中,加入MgO、B2O3等组分,采用熔融拉丝工艺制备出了莫来石纤维。通过XRD、DTA、SEM等测试方法对莫来石纤维的微观结构及其组成进行了研究,结果表明:制备得到的纤维主晶相为莫来石,其组织形态为针状或棒状,具有优良的耐腐蚀性和耐火性。

Abstract:In the paper, the mullite fiber preparation by melt/drawing is studied in Al2O3-SiO2 system,through adding MgO,B2O3.The micro-structure and constituent of mullite fiber were analysed by using SEM,XRD,DTA.The study indicates that the main crystalline phase of prepared fiber is mullite.The form of mullite fiber is needle-like or rod-like.It also has excellent properties such as corrosion resistance and fire resistance.
