数字预装配技术研究

摘    要:简述了数字预装配的现状、实现数字预装配的产品数据模型、数字预装配的需求等,并对相关特征进行了定义.指出了能够完全逼真模拟实物装配过程和感觉的带虚拟现实技术的数字预装配是数字预装配发展的新趋势,在已有三维CAD软件基础上,通过系统集成实现数字预装配的突破,可为飞行器的设计、制造、使用、维修提供真实可信的分析、评价工具.

Abstract:The current state, product data model and requirement oi digital pre-assembly at brief, and related characteristics are defined. It is pointed out that the digital pre-assembly with virtual reality in new development trend can simulate actual process and sense of product assembly fully and clearly. Based on 3D CAD software platform,digitial pre-assembly can be broken through system integration to provide an effective tool for the design, building, operation and maintenance of flying vehicle.
