油脂酯交换制备生物柴油的反应分离耦合工艺

摘    要:在500mL的酯交换反应和甘油分离耦合实验装置上进行了大豆油制备生物柴油的试验和反应条件的研究。结果表明,在反应温度60℃、醇油摩尔比4.5~ 5.0、进料速度500~2 000 mL/h和催化剂质量分数0.50%~0.75%(相对于油)的条件下,制备的生物柴油中脂肪酸甲酯相对含量不低于97%。此工艺具有反应速度快、平衡转化率和选择性高的特点。所制备的生物柴油及其与-10号柴油的调合产品B5都分别满足国标要求。

Abstract:The preparation of biodiesel from soybean oil and methanol catalyzed by KOH was carried out on a 500 mL test device of coupling transesterification reaction and glycerol separation,and the reaction conditions were studied.Test results show that under the conditions of a reaction temperature of 60 ℃,the methanol/oil molar ratio of 4.5—5.0,feed rate in the range of 500—2 000 mL/h and a catalyst dosage of 0.50%—0.75%(based on oil),the molar fraction of fatty acid methyl ester in the obtained biodiesel is not less than 97%.This process possesses the advantages of fast reaction rate,high equilibrium conversion and good product selectivity.The qualities of obtained biodiesel and B5 blended product(-10# diesel fuel blended with 5% biodiesel)meet the relative specifications of National Standard for biodiesel fuels,GB/T 20828—2007 and GB/T 25199—2010,respectively.
