催化裂化装置的节能改造及运行分析

摘    要:通过对玉门油田炼油化工总厂800 kt/a催化裂化装置的能耗构成进行分析,发现装置能耗主要有烧焦、蒸汽和用电消耗3部分决定,提出降低装置能耗的具体措施,并在检修期间进行整改。通过对工艺方面的技术改造、重要设备的检查维护、与其他装置建立热联运等手段,使装置在烧焦、蒸汽和用电3个方面的能耗大幅降低,装置改造后的综合能耗降低421.85 MJ/t,减少能耗12.13%。

Abstract:By analyzing the energy consumption status of the 0.8 million tons per year FCC unit of Yumen Oilfield Refining and Chemical Complex, it was found that the energy consumption of the unit was mainly depended on the coke-burning, steam and electricity three sections. Measures for reducing energy consumption, such as technical transformation of process, maintenance of key equipments and setting up integrated heat-exchange network with other units were proposed and realized during revamping. Since then the energy consumption in the above three sections reduced significantly, the comprehensive energy consumption reduced 421.85 MJ/t, i.e. a 12.13% reduction of energy consumption.
