延迟焦化吸收稳定系统流程模拟与优化分析

摘    要: 针对国内延迟焦化吸收稳定系统普遍存在的分离效果较差的问题,以工业装置为例,通过详细的流程模拟计算,对影响系统分离效果的主要因素进行了灵敏度分析,考察了解吸塔进料方式、解吸塔釜温、稳定塔釜温、稳定汽油吸收剂流量、液化气回流比等因素对系统吸收效果的影响,在此基础上提出了流程的优化方案。模拟结果表明,改造后的流程能够改善干气不干的问题,增产液化气和提高稳定汽油质量。
