摘    要:研究了Mg、Mo、Zn、维生素B1以及烟酸等微量营养物质对活性污泥降解CODCr活性的 影响,同时,对微量营养物质作用前后处理系统微生物群落结构进行了比较研究。试验结果表明:毛 纺废水缺乏生物处理系统所需足够的微量营养物质;不同种类和浓度的微量营养物质对活性污泥降 解CODCr活性的影响效果也不相同,Mg、Mo、Zn、雏生素B1和烟酸的最佳浓度分别为5 mg/L, 2 mg/L,1 mg/L,1 mg/L和1 mg/L;其最佳促进效果可使CODCr降解速率分别达到对照系统的 180%、140%、130%,160%和220%。添加微量营养物质显著改变了微生物群落结构。

Abstract:In this paper, the concentration of micronutrients of the textile wastewater was determined, and the effects of micronutrients (Mg, Mo, Zn, thiamine, niacin) on CODCr- removal of textile wastewater were studied. The results showed that the micronutrients can affect the purification effects of textile wastewater, and the influences of different kinds and concentrations of added micronutrients were different. The optimal concentrations of Mg, Mo, Zn, thiamine, and niacin were 5, 2, 1, 1 and 1 mg/L, respectively. The CODcr removal rate when Mg, Mo, Zn, thiamine and niacin were added individually to the wastewater in their optimal concentrations were 1.8, 1.4, 1.9, 1.6 and 2.2 times of that of the control, respectively. The quinone profiles of the microorganism community structure in the textile wastewater treatment system changed significantly during the experiments. It could prove that there was probably the feasibility of optimizing the bioiogical treatment performances and microorganism community structure of textile wastewater treatment system through micronutrient supplementation.
