连铸工艺对铸坯碳偏析的影响

摘    要:研究认为铸坯凝固过程碳的不均匀分布是导致铸坯低倍偏析的主要原因,碳分布不均匀程度基本与钢种碳含量成正比,由此将不同钢种的碳分布标准偏差和极差修正成20CrMoH钢碳分布偏析后统一研究。在正常生产条件下将浇注过热度控制在15~25℃范围、二冷比水量在0.35L/kg、结晶器和末端电磁搅拌扭矩分别为18cN.cm和15cN.cm对铸坯碳偏析改善有利。采用组合参数进行生产实践检验,连铸坯修正碳偏析标准偏差和修正碳偏析极差降到了0.015%和0.025%以下。
