齿轮双面啮合检测仪自动化改造

摘    要:通过计算机控制步进电机驱动被测齿轮、测量齿轮以及双面啮合检测仪的进给机构,传感器将位移信号转变为电信号,经数模转换器(A/D)转换成数字量,利用计算机进行数据采集、分析处理,经过测量电路、接口及软件系统,显示齿轮径向综合误差和径向一齿综合误差曲线和计算结果,本设计提高了检测仪的检测速度和精确度.

Abstract:Adopting stepping motor controlled by computer to drive the feeding mechanism of being detected gear,detecting gear and double contact detection meter,sensor is used to translate the displacement signals into electrical signals,and the electrical signals are then changed into digital numbers through A/D transformer.Computer is used to collect and analyze the data and display the calculation result and the gear's radial-integrated error curve through detecting circuit,interface and software system.This method can improve the checking rate and precision.
