摘    要:随着世界经济一体化的推进和知识经济时代的来临,我国的国有企业为社会发挥着越来越重要的作用。人力资源是现代企业的战略性资源,对企业的兴衰成败起着重要的作用。而激励作为开发和管理人力资源的一个重要方法,已被越来越多的企业所采用。本文对国有企业员工的激励机制的必要性做了简单阐述,对现状进行了分析,并提出加强国有企业员工激励的方法。

Abstract:With the integration of the world economy and the advent of the knowledge-based economy era, China's state-owned enterprises play an increasingly important social role. As a strategic resource for modern enterprises, human resources is playing the vital role to enterprise's prosperity and decline success or failure. As an important method to empolder and manage the human resources, excitation mechanism has been increasingly adopted by enterprises. This paper has elaborated the necessity of the state-owned enterprise staff's excitation mechanism, has analysed the present situation, proposed the methods to strengthen staff's excitation mechanism of the state-owned enterprise.
