摘    要:为了改善铝热剂的点火和燃烧性能,采用均匀设计法对Al-Fe3O4、Al-Ba(NO3)2和Al-MnO2进行配方优化设计,然后选用SPSS(statistical program for social sciences)软件进行二次回归分析,确定了一种铝热剂配方,并外掺占其质量25%的黏结剂,获得复合铝热剂。研究其燃烧性能,试验结果表明,该复合铝热剂点燃性能好,燃烧过程分成两个阶段,整个燃烧时间持续约140 s,最高燃烧温度达1 893.32 K,能够形成较好的高温纵火效果,30 g复合铝热剂能够可靠熔穿2 mm铝板。

Abstract:In order to improve the ignition and combustion performance of the thermite, formulation optimization design of Al-Fe3O4, Al-Ba(NO3)2 and Al-MnO2 was carried out by uniform design method, and then Statistical Program for Social Sciences(SPSS)software was used for secondary regression analysis to determine an optimized formula of the thermite. A composite aluminothermic agent was obtained by blending with 25% binder. Combustion behavior was studied. The results show that the composite aluminothermic agent has good ignitability. The combustion process is divided into two stages. The whole combustion sustains for about 140 s, and the maximum combustion temperature reaches 1 893.32 K. It can form a good high temperature incendiary effect, and 30 g composite aluminothermic agent ensures to penetrate through 2 mm aluminum plates.
