摘    要:变电站在建设中经常会遇到部分线路建设滞后无法与厂站同时投运的情况,对于3/2接线方式的变电站会造成相关间隔断路器无法成串运行,导致电网运行安全性降低。通过介绍在现场采取的三种解决方案及存在问题,提出开发一种集成短引线的线路保护装置及适用于 3/2接线方式的短引线和输电线路运行状态识别方法,通过专业仿真和动模实验验证了该方法的正确性及可靠性。

Abstract:In the construction of substation, it is often encountered that part of the line construction lags behind and cannot be put into operation at the same time with the factory station. For the substation with three-quarters connection mode, it will cause the related interval circuit breaker to be unable to run in series, resulting in the problem of reducing the safety of power grid operation. In order to solve the problem of series operation, three so? lutions often adopted in the field and existing problems are introduced . The development of a line protection de? vice with integrated short lead and the identification method of short lead and transmission line operation state suitable for three-quarters connection mode are proposed to solve the field problem. The correctness and reliability of the method were verified by professional simulation and dynamic simulation experiments. This method can be applied in power system to improve system reliability and economic benefits.
